We are currently looking for a Senior / Manager - Operations Management to deliver our NPI program from project inception to successful product launch. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, SPR, and MSC) and handle the S NPI program lifecycle, from project initiation to successful product launch.
- Updating and disseminating the project methodology to guide activities such as business case development, economic analysis, project budgeting, external stakeholder communication, team formation, project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, benefit tracking, and stakeholder updates.
- Advocating for the use of Project Management Methodologies (PMP) and continuously enhancing its effectiveness.
- Effectively coordinating Operations project activities to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality outcomes.
- Championing process efficiency enhancements and teamwork promotion
- Sharing insights and experiences within the Project Management network, fostering synergies with other projects.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in related fields.
- Proven project management skills and familiarity with various Project Management Methodologies.
- Proven experience in team management, both in terms of resource and asset management.
- Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management frameworks and Operations structures.
- Background in electronics manufacturing, medical devices, or the technology industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Operations finance principles.
- Effective presentation and communication skills for both preparation and delivery.
- Willingness and able to travel and work in diverse international locations for extended periods.
