National Gallery Singapore is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world’s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art. It was the first museum in Asia to receive the Children in Museums Award by the European Museum Academy and Hands On International Association of Children in Museums in 2018. The Gallery also won the awards for “Best Theme Attraction” at TTG Travel Awards 2017, “Best Attraction Experience”, “Breakthrough Contribution to Tourism” and “Best Customer Service (Attractions)” at the prestigious Singapore Tourism Awards in 2016 for its role in adding to the vibrancy of Singapore’s tourism landscape.

DESIGNATION : Manager - Martech & Analytics (CRM & Social)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilites:
Digital Transformation towards Mass Personalization Marketing
- As a domain expert, lead the change management of developing and executing a martech architecture across all channels and customer touchpoints to drive engagement, retention, and conversions along the customer journey
- Define strategic direction and drive the implementation of a long-term Social platform and CRM engagement and retention strategy to enable the Gallery to scale towards mass-personalisation marketing.
- Setup, build and implement workflows and business processes to streamline and improve current marketing processes, in collaboration with the marketing and technology team

***Automation & Personalization
- Drive higher social platform/owned channel engagement & retention, by effecting key business questions/use cases, trackable marketing actions and an effective conversion funnel/paid media spend
- Serve as the expert on CRM and third-party related automation and personalization platforms and tools; stay on the pulse of new and emerging strategies and tools to progress mass personalization and create in-house best practices for change management

**Visitor Analytics (Omni-channel)**
- Analyse Social, CRM data across key channels and touchpoints; Drive the operationalization of paid efforts and visualization of a unified visitor profile and behavioural/preference insights, in collaboration with the marketing team and agency/vendor partners
- As Social platform lead, drive acquisition and increased engagement of Gallery’s social media communities - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, WeChat with agency partners and the marketing team
- Scale and operationalise the visitor analytics process for more effective insights to improve content / social calendar development/positioning for social platforms; paid social / influencer marketing campaign efforts.
- Lead in cross-divisional stakeholder presentations and reporting; share and implement best practices in visitor analytics/tools, constantly seeking to improve digital engagement and conversion metrics

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-6 years of working experience in a related field/position i.e. Digital Marketing, Business/Data Analyst
- Expert knowledge in hands-on usage of mar/adtech stack, data automation & analytics tools i.e. Advance Excel/SQL, Google Analytics, Google/Facebook Ads, Salesforce, Social Analytics Tools i.e. Sprout Social, Experience Platform (i.e. Adobe, Sitecore) Analytics & Personalization Tools
- Extensive & hands on experience to derive insights from visitor analytics data to drive audience acquisition, engagement & conversion
- Strong project, budget management; strong in multi-tasking & prioritization skills
- Dynamic & strategic thinker - creative & structured; detailed & process oriented
- Experienced in managing digital marketing agencies, vendors & cli
