Singapore Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) Full time

**What the role is**
- The Corporate section in Corporate & Finance Division consists of three branches: Corporate Services, Facilities Management and Knowledge Management. The responsibility of the Knowledge Management branch is to provide registry and corporate administration support for Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX). The officer reports to Head (Knowledge Management).

**What you will be working on**
- The key responsibilities of the job holder are:
a.Lead and manage day-to-day registry operations and oversee mailroom and despatch services
b.Plan and develop HTX records management roadmap for physical and electronic documents including storage, retrieval and disposal
c.Manage lifecycle of physical and electronic records including appraisal, archival and declassification with National Archives of Singapore
d.Manage system development, testing and data migration/conversion with IT team
e.Develop taxonomy and file plan for all departments in HTX
f.Plan and roll out publicity and outreach communications on records and knowledge management programmes and policies within HTX
g.Plan and manage HTX physical file digitalisation exercises

**What we are looking for**
- The job holder should:

- have good tertiary qualifications
- possess good writing and communication skills
- be competent in Records Management (RM) or Knowledge Management (KM) operations with good knowledge in government’s Instruction Manual in RM
- be a responsible team player who is organised, meticulous, self-motivated and has initiative
- be able to work well with people at all levels and diverse groups from different organizations
- be able to work in a team as well as independently, when required
- be able to work within tight deadlines.

All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
