
Business Development Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation & Sales**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in **IT Staffing / IT Services** through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop a sales pipeline and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (HR, IT Managers, Procurement).
- Understand client needs and provide customized staffing or IT service solutions.
**Proposal & Contract Negotiation**:
- Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure successful project execution.
**Market Analysis & Strategy**:
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client portfolios.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure resource availability and timely placements.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- **5+ years of experience** in Business Development within **IT Staffing, Professional Services, or Managed IT Services.**:
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technologies.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and meet sales targets.
- Excellent **negotiation, and presentation skills.**:
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of **MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
