**Overview**

**The Role**
- Develop a working knowledge of insurance broking
- Insurance market interaction
- Insurance product knowledge
- Client interaction (both existing and prospect)
- Insurance placement process (including documentation)
- Develop working knowledge of company systems for sales and client management (d365, MCI engagement), as well as other insurance systems (Eclipse, Broking Platform etc).
- Work on new tenders / RFPs, including referrals from other Business Units, including working with Bid Team
- Work on assigned projects pertaining to Sales and Client management (including marketing)
- Active participation in the sales and client management process, including
- Sales planning for key accounts / TMO
- Conducting research, including utilizing company resources (MQL leads, MCI)
- Cross-functional collaboration with various CSTs / LOBs to develop skillsets and collaboration, both within CRB as well as other BUPotential projects
- Marketing collaterals (together with marketing)
- Work on RFPs (as and when they occur)
- Work with the various teams pertaining to the sales initiatives

**The Requirements**
- Fresh graduates who holds a good class honors degree from recognized university
- Mid-career professional from non-financial services sector, holding a good class honors degree from recognized university
- Aspire to build a career in the insurance & risk management industry
- Committed to work towards obtaining Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification
- Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to demonstrate leadership qualities
- Possess analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and within a team
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
