**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Job title: Procurement Executive

Location: Singapore
**Salary**: SGD $4000-$6000 Monthly
**Responsibilities**
1. Contract Signing: Make trade contracts according to company regulations, complete contract signing and collect the original contract.
2. Logistics access: responsible for the qualification approval of logistics suppliers, negotiation and negotiation of new logistics contracts, and tracking the progress of logistics contract signing. Responsible for tracking logistics links, collecting logistics documents and avoiding risks in logistics links.
4. Cargo right control: responsible for daily management of goods in and out of the warehouse, recovering cargo transfer orders and inbound orders according to the logistics contract, issuing effective outbound orders, controlling the risk of cargo right and ensuring the safety of inventory.
5. insurance claims: according to the business nature, complete the insurance of transportation insurance, property insurance, tariff guarantee insurance, export credit insurance and insurance matters to fully protect the interests of the company.
6. Document preparation and examination: Involved in overseas business and domestic trade letter of credit business, responsible for opening/receiving letters of credit on time, making, examining and delivering documents, etc.
7. Payment and Receipt: To complete the payment and receipt of goods according to the contract, on time and in accordance with the amount.
8. business settlement: responsible for business follow-up cost accounting, contract settlement and other matters, responding to the collection and issuance of invoices, receipts for goods, etc.
9. risk prompting: risk prompting for possible risk points in the process of business execution, timely feedback on problems in the process of business execution and seek effective solutions.
10. to establish a sound contract ledger, and to track and monitor the implementation of the contract.
11. Do a good job to collect the late delivery of suppliers, late payment of customers and margin call. Update the data of all indicators on time, including open floating profit and loss, overdue delivery, overdue collection, margin tracking sheet, arrival of unpaid tickets, etc.
12. Establish and improve the company's image, and do a good job in keeping the relevant information and data confidential.
13. Responsible for the company's safety management work, including the company's new self-managed warehouses, factories and other projects in the safety of production prior inspection and approval work and supervision of subordinate units, inspection, rectification and implementation.
**Requirements**:
1. Major, education: Bachelor or above
2. Experience and industry: 3-5 years in commodity execution
3. Professional knowledge: international trade, international economic related majors
4. Certificate: University English level 6 with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
5.Strong interpersonal communication skills, inductive thinking skills, written expression, language skills, patient and meticulous work, good execution and teamwork skills
6.Preferably with rich internship experience in business assistant, operation statistics, etc.
7.Proficiency in office software, such as EXCEL, WORD
