WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As the Nike Member Marketing Manager in Southeast Asia & India you are responsible for driving and developing the territory strategy for Member-led Marketing in partnership with the Member Growth team. You will identify and own how we actively market the Nike Membership program, driving consumer/member engagement and retention, sport activity and growth across our owned O2O ecosystem. You will work as a part of the larger Consumer Direct Marketing team and closely with cross-functional partners across Brand Management, Marketplace Management and Membership Growth to ensure we deliver premium, Nike-only consumer experiences that drive engagement and deliver expected business results.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Drive delivery of the unified O2O member marketing strategy that serves territory Member needs: drive member health informed by deep member insights.
- Develop and drive 365 and seasonal framework delivering member retention and engagement KPI’s.
- Market member experiences, journeys and storytelling across owned channels for seasonal and always on end to end plans.
- Partner with Nike Direct Digital Commerce, Consumer Direct Marketing counterparts & Brand teams to develop, drive and deliver tactics and member experiences leading the marketing approach for specific member led accelerators i.e. Member days and other intentional member moments.
- Operationalize Global/Geo Marketing playbooks and toolkits with channel guidelines, member-journey frameworks, in store & digital marketing capabilities and best practices informed by data and insights to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Champion clear Member-led communications & 365 benefits
- Manage budget planning and in season tracking.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
- You will report to the Consumer Direct Marketing Director.
- Work with cross functional teams from Consumer Direct Marketing, Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Nike Direct Digital, Membership Growth and agency partners.
- Our team spans across multiple countries and you will be working with a diverse team of Nike people who are based in SEA&I and APLA HQ in Portland.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Membership and/or Brand /Retail Marketing
- Passionate for sport - whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and compelling presentation skills.
- Team player with experience working collaboratively and effectively in a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with proven ability to juggle between the details and big picture, manage multiple and competing projects and priorities.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed.
- Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high energy, skilled team of marketers that have a passion for sport and culture and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the Nike brand.
