WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Senior Partner Rep, Auth, SEA&I to join our SEA&I (Southeast Asia & India) territory team We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the marketplace We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies; stay current on product and product changes; and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a Senior Partner Representative, you will optimize Nike product sales by delivering accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. This opportunity includes soliciting and submitting orders and ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries, and information delivery. The role will increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning, and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will be part of the larger SEA&I Partners team and reporting to the Director SEA&I, Authenticator in Singapore.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5-7 years of overall business experience, including field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strongly preferred experience in retail or sales, or Nike experience in a field support position
- The role involves occasional regional travel (15-20% frequency)
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability to prepare, plan, and deliver clear and persuasive presentations
- Strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace
- Understanding of the competitive market, customer, and retail trends
- Understanding of team sales
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability
- Ability to develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans
- Additional bonus for understanding sneaker trends and subculture around sneaker culture
