At **REACH Youth Service**, we’re looking for a dynamic **Youth Worker**to lead one of our Youth Centres in the **West**of Singapore. If you thrive on creativity, connection, and making a real difference — this is your calling.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Engage youth**through arts, sports, eSports, and interest-based activiites.
- **Lead outreach programmes**in schools and the community that spark growth and connection.
- **Mentor and support**youth through guidance and casework.
- **Build strong partnerships**with stakeholders and volunteers to grow community impact.
- ️ **Create a safe space**where youth feel heard, supported, and empowered.

**Who We’re Looking For**

A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, or Social Sciences.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience**in youth work or related fields.Energetic, approachable, and passionate about youth development. Comfortable with social media and digital tools. Bonus: Skills in fitness, eSports, or visual arts are a huge plus
