Roles & Responsibilities

Cypher (65) Ltd. is looking to hire Youth Workers to run our Youth Programmes within Schools.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Meaningfully engage and interact with at-risk and/or high needs youths
  • Conduct games and activities to promote cohesion, social interaction, values-based and experiential learning
  • Plan and conduct enrichment and skill-based workshops
  • Provide mentoring, support and guidance, intervention to the youths where necessary
  • Submit reports on programmes on a timely basis
  • Undergo necessary training and supervision to improve and develop in their work.

Shortlisted applicants will need to participate in an orientation session upon confirmation of deployment and will be given training.
