**Role Description**:
Our Account Executive will work directly with clients in the FnB space to learn about their goals and establish how Waffle's suite of products can meet them. You will have the opportunity to own the entire sales journey
- from prospecting, to showing live demos, to negotiating and closing deals
As an Account Executive, your main objective is to build relationships with clients and close deals. This directly impacts the growth of the company and you will be a huge part of it. **Specific Responsibilities**
- Meeting with client's key decision-makers to discuss their project goals and outcomes
- Prospecting and growth hacking to land demo meetings with FnB and retail business owners
- Pitching and showing software demos to prospects
- Negotiating with client's to close deals
- Testing out new channels like direct mailers, sending personalized physical mail to potential clients, and more
- Finding new sources of leads for the sales team to close and work on
- Work closely with CEO and BD / growth team on overall strategy and execution
- Work closely with CEO to improve upon the current business development process via strategy discussions, potential new client acquisition channels, or other innovative sales solutions or ideas
- Input data into Hubspot CRM, work closely with sales ops team to prepare data and to help the team to be aligned on details
- Work closely to ensure good data and metrics that will be helpful for the team
