**Purpose of Role**:
The **Executive, Ecommerce** will assist in driving the formulation of product planning and category optimization strategies as they relate to business expansion and growth strategies identified across categories in the ecommerce channel. He/she will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment and maintaining the technology and infrastructure across the markets we operate in for South APAC, including Australia.
**Your Impact**:
Content Management
- Preparation of content for timely launch of products. This includes product assets management (ensure product image, descriptions are available), inventory monitoring and alignment with marketing team.
- Periodic site refresh across regions; includes planning of site content calendar, updating of on-site banners and setting up of promotion campaigns.
- Management of Master Data to ensure Product Content is accurate and complete to set up listing on marketplace.
Operation Support
- Support the day-to-day operations of e-commerce, including order fulfilment, inventory management and customer enquiries.
- Work closely with ecommerce merchandiser to manage location of inventory (Dotcom vs Marketplace).
- Support Finance related task such as Billing and Invoice Management.
Localisation Management
- Provide support in the localisation of product and site content.
- Work with translation agencies to ensure timely delivery of all product and site content translations.
- Work with respective country team to ensure quality of translation and make sure tone of voice is align with UA branding.
Business Analytics and Development
- Monitor and provide regular business analytics to relevant eCommerce teams to support timely action plans in meeting targets.
- Collate, analyze and provide periodic insights on online platforms best practice activations and results for benchmarking and basis for productivity enhancements.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and achieve business results (eg. pooling, short lead time program, etc).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Demonstrated creative thinking, along with proficient presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Skilled in logical reasoning and proficient in analytical thinking.
- Possesses a professional demeanor, diligent work ethic, and a positive attitude, with the ability to multitask under tight schedule and pay attention to detail.
