**Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned eCommerce & Marketing Executive. The ideal applicant will be in charge of creating, carrying out, monitoring, and refining our digital marketing strategies for use on all e-commerce and social media platforms. This position calls for a blend of analytical and creative abilities to expand the company's eCommerce marketplace business and strengthen our brand's online presence.

**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce website(s) and online marketplaces (such as Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, etc.) including planning and execution of related support
- Good understanding and experience in planning social media posts and identifying new e-commerce trends and industry updates
- Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Regularly update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing to accurately reflect inventory and promotions.
- Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance
- Bring innovation forward on new products and processes
- Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback, responding appropriately to customer inquiries and comments.
- Responsible for e-commerce administrative work and assisting in ad-hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, and other related discipline.
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in digital/social marketing and eCommerce.
- Proficiency knowledge or experience in online Marketing, Social Media Ads and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok etc. )
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Execute good time management and able to keep to the deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and responsible attitude, passionate about e-commerce and results-oriented
