CSSD (Shanghai Stock Exchange: 601512) is the joint-venture master developer set up by the governments of Singapore and China in August 1994. CS SIP Industrial Investment Co., Ltd, our funding arm deals with fund management and direct investments into high potential tech companies as part of our investment promotion strategy.

In Singapore, as part of a strategic partnership with Singapore’s JTC Corporation, CSSD established a new wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore (“CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre Pte. Ltd”) which operates a co-working space cum incubator in the one-north district on behalf of the SIP. The Business Centre primarily focuses on creating an ecosystem for both inbound Chinese investments into Singapore and Singapore-based tech start-ups planning to venture into the greater China market.

**- Executive (Investment promotion and business development) - min. requirement of at least 2 years of working experience.**

You will be part of the CSSD Singapore team, which is responsible for:

- Investment promotion for SIP and all CSSD affiliated projects (both in and out of China).
- Operating and achieving all KPIs for the “CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre”.
- Identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities/ partnerships that are aligned with CSSD and its main subsidiaries’ interest.

You will report to the Team Head of CSSD Singapore.

**Roles and Responsibilities:
- Dual way Investment Marketing Promotion

1. Independently research, identify and engage prospective companies to build a strong pipeline for all existing projects within CSSD’s portfolio (both in and out of China).

2. Learn, understand, and communicate specific policies and grant-call details to clients.

3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospective investors.

4. Assist new and existing clients and their key stakeholders in resolving various issues throughout their decision-making process.

5. Develop effective project pipelines for the cooperation zones of the company and facilitate successful investments.
- Participate in the operations and development of the “CSSD International Business Cooperation Centre”.
- Engage external stakeholders and communicate CSSD’s value proposition.
- Build partnerships and expand the CSSD ecosystem to generate meaningful collaborations and positive outcomes.
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing official delegation visits by government/ corporate visitors.
- Frequent business traveling is expected, and you will be required to work out of the CSSD Suzhou Headquarters for approximately 6 months per year, usually on a 2-month rotation basis.
- Actively contribute to ad-hoc projects tasked to CSSD Singapore by higher management.

**Requirements / Key Attributes**:
