**Job Summary**: We are looking for an ambitious Tech Sales Consultant to join our sales team on a commission-based structure. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively promote our IT solutions and services. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients in Singapore and beyond.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand and address clients' IT challenges with customized solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our IT solutions and services to a diverse range of clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, with a focus on maximizing sales revenue and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends and developments to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback from clients to the product and service development teams to help shape future offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in tech sales, particularly in IT solutions and services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT and technology trends, preferably with a background in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, or data management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Based in Singapore or willing to relocate, with remote work options available.
