We are seeking a highly-skilled, professional technical manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this position, You will oversee all technical matters and manage our technical support team.

Job roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite, client-facing technical management overseeing the day to day support of a clients end-user and infrastructure support needs
- Report progress, including any changes made to plans
- Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects
- Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget
- Work with technical team to diagnose and resolve technical issues

**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Min 3 to 5 years' experience in management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills
- Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively
