To lead and manage all technical activities related to commercial vehicles, including vehicle homologation, technical training, product support, and compliance with regulatory standards. The role ensures that the technical team is well-equipped to support internal and external stakeholders, contributing to product readiness and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Homologation & Compliance:

- Oversee and manage the homologation process for all commercial vehicle models.
- Ensure compliance with national and international vehicle regulations and standards (e.g., UNECE, local road transport authorities).
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to facilitate timely approvals and documentation.
- Maintain records and databases related to certifications, VIN configurations, and technical specifications.

2. Technical Training:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for dealership technicians, service teams, and internal staff.
- Create training manuals, technical guides, and e-learning modules tailored to commercial vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct technical assessments and certification for trainees.
- Stay updated with latest product technologies and integrate them into training materials.

3. Product Technical Support:

- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance to service teams and field staff.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with OEMs and engineering teams.
- Analyze technical bulletins and disseminate relevant updates to the field.

4. Team Management & Development:

- Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists and trainers.
- Set performance objectives, provide feedback, and promote continuous development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, service, and product planning teams.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

- Prepare technical reports, incident logs, and root cause analysis documents.
- Maintain technical databases, vehicle specification records, and training history logs.
- Support audit processes and quality assurance initiatives.

**Requirements
Qualification**

Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Business Administration

Diploma or Degree in Automtive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

**Experience**

Minimum 3 years in Automotive Industry, preferable in commercial vehicles

Strong exposure to homologation processess and technical training delivery

**Others**

Must have valid Class 3 license
