Lead the technical department to develop, monitor and check technical department workflow and work progress.
- Responsible for the analysis and summary of project engineering design and construction experience.
- Post-evaluation of engineering design and coordination after project completion
- Improve various professional drawings, and manage effectively in coordination of various professional interactions
- Improve engineering design management, control design quality and design cost, monitor and follow up the implementation process of design management process, coordinate and solve the specific affairs of the project department and design consulting companies
- Develop overall project designs and specifications with consultant in accordance with development requirements.
- Lead and direct technical team for all technical related matters.
- Lead and develop appropriate methodology and technology to enhance technical related project productivity.
- Participate in technical development of PPVC, PBU, and Prefab MEP.
- Lead BIM team to support project VDC and IDD requirement. Identify appropriate BIM, VDC and IDD solutions for the company
- Lead and attend important Technical and BIM related meetings.
- Plan, organize and monitor project specific technical activities to meet project requirements.
- Ensures that all technical documentation is maintained effectively.
- Assist Contract Department in tender support of technical proposal for specified projects.

**Requirements**:

- At least Degree recognized by PEB, preferably in Architectural or Civil & Structural.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Building Construction.
- Experience in project technical management or project technical coordination with appropriate technical knowledge in various building type.
- Analytical and mathematical mind, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
- Pro-active, resourceful team player with good analytical problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop a teamwork ethics
- Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep project, processes, and the entire engineering tasks on track.
