**Job Description**:Responsibilities
- To assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and seamless integration of operational services in Bethesda Medical Centre Projects.
- To support the Business Development Manager in strategic planning, projects execution and harmonization of operational functions in all Bethesda Medical Centre Projects.
- To monitor, evaluate, and report progress outcomes to assess success rate of initiatives or programs.
- To work on data collection and analysis for management review, recommendations, and strategic planning.
- To attend meetings and provide secretariat support to core meetings and committees when required.
- To develop new and/or improve on service delivery to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience for our clients.
- To create platforms for radiology departments to learn best practices from each other.
- To assist to put up work plans and budgets for operational needs

Requirement
- Bachelor degree with at least 1-2 years of experience, advantage in Healthcare setting
- Positive attitude with initiatives and Team Player
- Analytical and proactive with the ability to solve problems independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
