Roles and Responsibilities
Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests.
Prepare purchase orders
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Receive incoming goods
Basic accounting knowledge
Picking & Packing
Perform quarterly inventory cycle count
Coordination of all delivery supplies and orders
Maintain daily housekeeping of the area
Able to work under multitasking
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervisor
Any other duties assigned by Supervisors
Requirements:
- Min 2 years working experience
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS office
- Experience with Accounting Software will be added advantage
- Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn & work independently
- Experience and knowledge in preparation of shipping documents will be an added advantage
- Able to speak and write English and Mandarin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
