As a Trade & Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing & executing all aspects of logistics within a supply chain for local & oversea activities. Reporting to Head of Project Management, you will be understanding project specific accepted terms and conditions base on legal Incoterm and obligation including awareness of risks of negative impact, performance and risk factors. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understanding of import & export stature requirement for local & oversea markets
- Executing, direction and coordinate as required for all transportation matters within organisation, vendors & customers
- Planning, monitoring and controlling transportation activities include budgets, schedules & routes for incoming, outgoing and transfer of goods for the organisation
- Arranging vendors on resources for all local activities on deliverable include stuffing/unstuffing of goods, allocation of containers and import & export clearance documentations
- Managing forwarder & counterparts on processes and documentation for smooth deliveries
- Working proactively to set customer expectation to assure acceptance of timely deliverables even under challenging circumstances
- Identifying and sharing lessons learned to be recorded

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma with domain experience
- Minimum two years’ experience managing logistics & activities
- Experience with logistic deliverable of different size, complexity and contractual types
- Submission of all required logistic documentation & understand incoterm
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
