
Director Human Capital Resource Integration

**Duties**:
- Serves as the Director, Human Capital for the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Plans, Programs and Resources, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology).
- Responsible for Program Objective Memorandum resourcing of civilian manpower in the Equipping and Sustainment Program Evaluation Groups.
- Provides oversight of all manpower resources for Program Executive Offices (PEO) and Program Management (PM) organizations and commands.
- Serves as representative for operating and generating Total Army Analysis (TAA) with specific emphasis on acquisition functions/resources.
- Leads working groups, task forces or ad hoc groups in development of a variety of programs and initiatives focusing on increasing the effective and efficient use of resources (both fiscal and manpower).
- Develops forecasts to determine resource requirements for future requirements.
- Responds to inquiries from higher/lower headquarters regarding all aspects of assigned program management by providing coordinated positions or explanations.
- Has knowledge of life cycle management of acquisition programs to ensure the funding and manpower correlate to the respective life cycle phase of each acquisition program.

- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 48 months as of entrance on duty.
- Must file an annual financial statement. This position requires you to submit a Public Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 278) or a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
- This is a Critical Acquisition Position. Selectee must execute a written tenure agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years.
- Selectee must obtain the highest Career Category Level of certification in the assigned Career Category/Functional Area.
- This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed.
