Our Client is Cafe & Fashion Consignment Store. The role of a Café Operations Manager is to organize daily operations and motivate our team to provide excellent customer service. Cafe Manager responsibilities include scheduling shifts for baristas and wait staff, monitoring daily expenses and revenues and ordering supplies as needed. You will be reporting to Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise team members
- Oversee scheduling of team members and be able to quickly find replacements in the event of a team member being sick or absent
- Acts as a liaison between the café and all other departments, communicating relevant information to team members as needed
- Develops and implement café policies and procedures
- Monitor budgets to ensure that the café remains profitable while proactively decreasing operational cost
- Develop promotions and marketing calendars
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Monitor and maintain inventory
- Build good relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Work closely with customers to answer questions and listen to complaints regarding food quality and service before working to resolve the complaints promptly
- Listen to customer preferences and make suggestions for menu items
- Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
- Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty
- Conduct briefings and meetings, and other duties as assigned
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working as café manager/head barista
- Food safety and handling certified
- 3 years or more of experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are preferred (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
- ** Working Hour**: 8:00 ~ 18:00
