**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Manage Day To Day Operations of the Cafe
- Train employees on SOP's for Service and Bar
- Check and maintain optimum inventory of all Cafe supplies
- Maintain updated records of sales and sales reports
- Control operating costs and ensure expenses are within budget
- Motivate and develop the Team Members of the Cafe
- Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all areas of the Cafe
- Nurture strong bonds with customers to increase brand loyalty
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as Cafe Manager/ Asst Manager or similar role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Team Management Skills - Manage, Develop and Motivate a team
- Customer Service Skills - Meet and Address customers' requests, demands and concerns
- Very Good Math Skills and Understands Basic Accounting and Payroll
- Administration, Time Management and Organizational Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Degree / Diploma in F and B, Hospitality, Business or related courses

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
