Singapore Plain Vanilla Bakery Full time

**_Sales_**:

- To analyse current sales position and plan forecast with management
- Outline and drive seasonal activations and strategies to achieve sales targets set
- Communicate necessary sales targets and strategies to team to drive sales
- Along with forecast, to plan budgets and expenditure i.e. manpower, welfare, marketing activities

**_ Studio Management and Operations_**:

- To ensure studio operates effectively daily
- To plan, communicate and develop personnel in the roles required for effective operations
- To build systems and develop a positive work culture, aligned with management, within the studio environment.
- To ensure the studio space is up kept daily.

**_ Team Management and Training_**:

- To put together and develop a team that is aligned with the brand goals and values.
- To conduct informal and formal reviews with the team to ensure gaps are filled, knowledge is shared and goals are aligned.
- To provide necessary mentorship and guidance to the team
- To propose, plan, budget training for the team to develop creative and technical abilities.

**_ Brand Marketing_**:

- To identify and propose marketing activation that strengthens the brand and enhances the sales position.
- To work alongside the brand team in brainstorming, planning and executing activations.

**_ Business Development_**:

- To know the business and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the brand, to effectively develop it further.
- To plan and activate sales strategies for brand growth.
- To know market conditions, consumer trends closely, to identify potential business opportunities for the brand.

Plain Vanilla Bakery it started out with a simple, earnest ambition to create and share some good old-fashioned cake with our local community; cake that was made with real wholesome ingredients, and was familiar and comforting. In a world of mass-produced confections, we wanted to go back to basics and bake like our mums and grandmothers used to - moist red velvet cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, apple pound cake drizzled with caramel, decadent chocolate brownies, warm and fudgey on the inside. The kind of scents, flavours, and textures that make us nostalgic for days gone by.
