[What the role is]
DEPUTY/ASST MANAGER, CORP & DIGITAL SVCS (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)
[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong project management skills to support projects work in LTA. In your role, you will provide project management support to the project team for LTA Application systems as well as support and assist to perform contract administration and processing of payment matters LTA related contracts. In addition, you will render support on service request management, track, monitoring of service request closure and perform review to ensure timely submission of project documentation. Beyond these, you will ensure submission and review of project documentation deliverables for LTA Application systems as well as any office related matters.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience in IT Project Management function, IT financial budget management is desirable.
- Experience in IT procurement and IT contractor management is desirable
- Attention to detail with strong analytical, administration and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
