**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Basic and Detailed engineering activities includes preparation of PFDs, P&ID’s, Process Datasheets, System Hydraulics, Process Data for Instruments, etc.
- Proficient with latest Process Engineering Software such as PRO II & Korf Hydraulics
- Process Engineering Calculation such as line sizing & safety valves sizing, etc.
- Safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID etc.
- Latest National and International codes and standards such as API, ASME, IS, OISD, SMPV, IBR etc.
- Able to review of vendor documents and interacting experience with other Engineering disciplines, Projects and clients.
- Commissioning experience of Process Plants.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- B. Tech / M. Tech in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Process Design Engineering
- Must have prior experience working on Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas Projects, Off-Sites and Utility facilities projects
- Experience in Preparation of Design Basis, PFD and P&ID, generation of process data sheets for equipment and instruments, Pump Hydraulic calculations, Relief Valve Calculations.
- Must have prior experience in process simulation tools such as PRO/II & Korf Hydraulics.
- Shall have a working experience with Japanese company.
