As a Digital Marketing Sales/Business Development Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business development initiatives. Your core responsibilities will revolve around managing client expectations and empowering compatible clients to elevate their businesses to new heights.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional skills in needs analysis, presentation, and persuasion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to Engage, Present, Analyze, Propose, Negotiate, and Convert qualified prospects into valued clients.
- Preferably, a proven track record of achieving sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in independently sourcing, qualifying, and connecting with leads interested in digital marketing.
- Proactive "hunters" will enjoy a competitive edge.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct sales meetings using a well-established system and pitchdeck.
- Proactively reach out to potential prospects through cold-calling to secure appointments.
- Responsively manage inbound leads and assist them in identifying their specific needs.
- Maintain ongoing follow-up with prospects until their requirements are met.
- Skillfully negotiate to attain mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Achieve individual sales targets and goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company until projects are underway and transitioned to the Execution team.
- Collaborate with the Execution team to craft comprehensive business proposals, scope of work, and cost estimates within specified gross margins before presenting them to clients.
- Keep our internal CRM software up-to-date to ensure accountability.
- Conduct weekly reviews of your qualified prospects list with your manager to align and prioritize client acquisition efforts.
- Monthly, reflect on your performance and align it with the company's goals and objectives in collaboration with your manager.
