We are looking for an experienced and strategic marketing leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building with key stakeholders. In this role, you will lead a team of growth and channel marketeers while also being the face of APJ marketing with extended regional and global teams.

As the APJ Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a successful and talented team of growth, channel and digital marketeers
- Strategizing and owning APJ marketing in alignment to key stakeholders and close collaboration with regional and cross-functional marketeers to drive and meet company growth targets
- Evolving channel marketing into a global best practice function
- Acting as the CMO of APJ marketing functions through partnership with APJ and global marketing functions, as well as sales leadership and other regional stakeholders
- Effectively representing and communicating the needs of APJ marketing to drive success and growth
- Being a strategic business partner as a member of the APJ management team and effectively communicate and collaborate with functional leads
- Collaborating and sharing best practices with peers globally

- Have a successful track record in APJ B2B marketing with great leadership skills
- Possess excellent understanding of APJ business nuances and partner landscape
- Be results-driven through analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to track and progress leads to closed deals
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate and drive influence regionally and globally
- Be a leader that inspires and encourages team to innovate, learn from failures and share success
- Excel at building relationships across the organization regionally and globally
