- Design and implement interactive features (e.g., quizzes, polls, sliders) to encourage audience engagement and deepen their understanding of complex topics.
- Analyze audience metrics and feedback to optimize interactive elements and enhance the user experience.
- Communicate and collaborate closely with in-store colleagues to promote company products.
- Provide guidance and training to store employees on the effective use of interactive tools and digital storytelling techniques.
