Summary

We are looking for someone with an eye for details, great interpersonal skills and project management experience.

**Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to**:
Promote Group’s eBusiness solutions by providing training within the network and clients covering end to end products

Provide support to clients in assigned market and/or countries on eBusiness Channels

Monitor Group’s network eBusiness KPIs and identify area of improvement to initiate appropriate actions for assigned products and countries

Gather regional specification and local country requirements to propose new or innovative eBusiness product evolutions, in compliance with Group standards

Gather feedback and research on new market players, competitors’ offers and eBusiness developments in the market to propose process innovation and improvement to elevate customer’s experience

Execution of strategic projects relating to eBusiness and eBusiness enhancement

Provide timely advice on emerging trends and issues affecting service delivery and support

Conduct analysis and preparation of reports for eBusiness promotions and service delivery measurement

Manage and coordinate events i.e. seminars, webinars, campaigns etc for the network to provide up to date developments in the eBusiness platforms

Provide backup support to Regional eBusiness Manager

Prompt and effectively communication with various stakeholders

To excel in this role, you should be comfortable working independently, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

**Minimum Requirements**:
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Shipping Industry

Experience in marketing and analytics

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree of relevant discipline

Proficiency in MS Office Suite i.e. Powerpoint, Excel - vlookup and pivot table

**This role is opened for local employment only.
