**What You’ll Be Doing**

As an Executive, Finance, you’ll be managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, support intercompany transactions, and drive financial accuracy and compliance.

**Accounts Receivable (AR)**
- Manage customer invoicing, maintain accurate sales records, and reconcile accounts.
- Monitor aging reports, follow up on collections, process necessary adjustments, credit notes and refunds.
- Resolve billing issues in collaboration with internal teams.

**Accounts Payable (AP)**
- Manage supplier payments across various methods and ensure records are accurate.
- Process electronic, GIRO, and cheque payments.
- Prepare financial documents and resolve any outstanding credit balances with suppliers.

**Intercompany Reconciliation**
- Handle intercompany billings, monthly reconciliations, and resolve variances.
- Coordinate with group finance and related entities to support consolidation efforts.

**Cashflow & Banking**
- Handle banking-related queries and ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurately prepare payroll entries and support commission payments in line with company policies.
- Support commission payments as per commission structure.

**Process Improvement & Compliance**
- Support efforts to enhance finance processes for greater efficiency.
- Help ensure financial operations meet internal control standards and regulatory requirements.

**Other Duties**
- Serve as a point of contact for AR/AP-related queries.Support ad hoc finance tasks and projects as assigned.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- This is a 12-Months Contract position
- Diploma and above (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detailMature thinker with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
