**Details of the Division and Team**:
This role is part of a team which covers IB Transformation in the Asia Pacific Region. The role is primarily a transformation covering New Business, Regulatory & Infrastructure / process transformation on behalf of the Investment Bank Businesses

**Your key responsibilities**:
Responsible for driving key initiatives on behalf of the Investment Bank with front to back responsibility.
- Work closely with the IB COOs and IB Product heads to establish top priorities for the region
- Work closely with the Business and partners in 1 LoD and 2 LoD to ensure prioritization of the programme
- Create a programme governance structure with clear sponsorship and engagement from the various functions at an operating and sr management level.
- Follow the programme Management methodology to ensure adherence to the programme management principles
- Ability to collaborate with functions across 1st LoD and 2nd LoD both at an operating level and at a senior management level
- Prepare crisp summary statuses for internal and external stakeholders; i.e. for Operating and Steering Committees, Sr Regional Governance forums and to the regulators such as MAS / others in the region.
- Develop professional working relationships with colleagues including coaching of junior team members, the business and respective supporting teams.
- Support accurate and timely intra-day pricing, provide high-quality guidance, and identify areas to drive innovative change, help to define our future state Kannon unified platform
**Your skills and experience**:
You are expected to possess:
- At least 10 years of proven experience in managing front 2 back initiatives in investment and corporate banking domain
- Expertise in programme management methodologies, best practice standards and quality assurance activities in project/programme management across the portfolio.
- _Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies. _
- Proficient understanding of the products and services offered by Investment Banking.
- Good understanding of the systems and F2B processes for IB products
- strong leadership and stake holder management skills to engage with Sr stakeholders both within the region and across the globe through Steering and Operating Committees.
- Ability to detect and trouble-shoot issues.
- Keeps client centricity at the heart of every decision.

- Ability to work to and meet deadlines under time pressure.
