**F&B COOK**
- Salary: $1,800 - $2,200
- Working Days: 5 days/week
- Working Hours: 44 hrs/week
- Our cuisine: Italian / Western / Asian

**Locations**:

- Double Zero: 68 South Bridge Road
- Osteria by d.o.c: 12 Marina View, Tower 2, Asia Square

**Responsibilities**
- Involvement of culinary operations in selected cuisine restaurants
- Preparation of daily operations & mise en place
- Adhere to compliances with food hygiene standards and operating procedures
- Adhere to attendance and discipline levels against duty roster and schedule

**Requirements**:

- **No prior experience required for Commis Cook, it’s the attitude that counts**:

- Experience will be considered for senior positions (CDP, JR SOUS, SOUS CHEF)
- 18 and above
- Passionate about food, strong in leadership & able to assist in managing the kitchen
- Food-oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
- Good communication skills in English and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
