The company trades across the barrel including Crude, Middle distillates, Light distillates, bulk petrochemicals, and polyolefin.

Supporting market growth and the integration of downstream assets, Aramco Trading Singapore (ATS), commenced its trading activities in July 2018. ATS’ focus is on integrating Saudi Aramco’s downstream assets in Asia and expanding third-party trading by focusing on naphtha and, more recently, LNG.

**The Function**:
The Special Products desk currently trades Sulfur, Petcoke and Bitumen. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of the trading desk’s strategy and its related tasks; accountable for the trades and the impact to the profit and loss of the book as well as managing the associated risks with the trades flows through chartering optimisation.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supporting all the Special Products books’ global chartering activities
- Responsible for fixing roughly 6-8 million MTA worth of Dry-Bulk Supramax/Ultramax vessels.
- Responsible for optimizing freight and long-term time charter fixture for the Dry-Bulk books.
- Excellent understanding of risk analysis and communicating to desk promptly
- Optimizing vessel flows and monetize them
- Interacting with internal and external counterparts to ensure good flows of real time information
- For a high performer with proven track record within 2 years in ATS, the company will look to develop the individual to a trader position

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of dry bulk chartering or related experience
- Strong organizational skill
- Solid communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Attention to details
- An independent worker with minimum supervision, yet with a strong ability to work in a team base environment

**Education**
- Bachelor degree in business administration/engineering/maritime studies
