Assistant to General Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the company’s marketing, budgeting, planning, and overall business operations.
- Lead the promotion and sales of Baosteel’s product lines in the South Asian market, including cold-rolled steel, silicon steel, hot-rolled steel, automotive sheets, heavy plates, and long products.
- Develop and implement localized marketing strategies based on trade policies and market dynamics in Southeast and South Asia.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure major steel orders through strategic planning, technical evaluation, and coordinated execution.
- Stay abreast of global steel industry trends, technologies, and market developments.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 20 years’ experience in large-scale steel enterprises.
- At least 3 years of overseas working experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in departmental or marketing management roles.
- Familiarity with the full product portfolio and market position of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the geopolitical and trade environments in Southeast and South Asia.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex challenges independently.
