
Assistant to the General Manager

Position Summary
The Assistant to the General Manager ("GM Assistant") will provide comprehensive support to the General Manager in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-departmental coordination. This role serves as a bridge between the GM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication, efficient execution, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations and follow up on key tasks.
- Draft, review, and prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and timely completion of projects and initiatives.
- Act as the liaison between the General Manager and external partners, government agencies, and business stakeholders.
- Schedule, prepare, and attend meetings; take minutes and ensure proper follow-ups.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and prepare briefing materials to support decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs, track project milestones, and provide regular updates to the General Manager.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks and assignments delegated by the General Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in multinational companies or large local enterprises.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business communication tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capable of independent thinking.
