Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HQ internal staff for ordering, procurement and related matters
- Issue invoice to inter company
- Receiving and checking the items for purchase ordering
- To ensure that office supplies are constantly well-stocked
- To ensure proper filing of documentations
- Check and verify worker attendance, pass to HQ for payroll purpose
- Do stock take when the production manager or supervisor require assistance
- Assist to oversee dormitory and update name list
- Assist QA/ animal husbandry with documentation preparation for audits/ inspection
- Answering calls
- Other ad Hoc administrative work as assigned
Working days: 5.5 Days
Monday - Friday : 8.30 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday : 8.30am - 12 pm
