**Job Title**:Senior Manager, Retail Banking Operations

**Location**:Bangalore

**Business & Team**:Retail Operation

**Impact & contribution**:
RO is responsible for the fulfilment, maintenance and servicing of Everyday Business banking products for the Group. The team support our Business & Private Banking and Institutional Banking colleagues in delivering exceptional service to a wide range of customers including small businesses, franchises and large-scale corporate customers.

**Reporting lines**:Reports to Executive Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Strong track record of Transformation, including experience in driving projects/initiatives that lead to improve business standards.
- Must have proven record of Develop employees and their skill set to expand
- Proven record of displaying ability to engage with all levels of the organization and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the end to end Home Loans process and relevance to customers in all segments
- Must have managed critical operational processes with SLA and Metric responsibility
- Ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas effectively using oral, written, visual communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in understanding and executing business controls
- Detail Oriented - Exercise extreme attention to details; is thorough, accurate, organized, and productive and seeks to understand both cause and effect of a situation.
- Good Judgement - The exercise of Critical thinking, analysing and assessing and taking ownership of outcome.

**Essential Skills**:

- Total 15+ Years’ experience in Retail Operations (Must) and minimum of 5 years into team management at a senior manager capacity.
- Extensive leadership and people management experience
- Understanding of banking operations processes is desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship experience
- Understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven track record of managing business change projects and change methodology.
- High understanding of the Banks risk framework
- Banking operations and Team handling.

**Education Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Management.
