**You will be responsible to analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improving, and implementing solutions that align with the organization goals.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project objective.
- Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to document business requirements and ensure clear communication between stakeholders and vendor teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming & refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Leverage SharePoint to design, configure and customize solutions that meet business requirements, including document management, workflows, and collaboration features

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, especially in Agile environments and SharePoint technologies
- Familiar with project management tools and techniques
