**_The Client_**

A leading global manufacturer and distributor in transforming the structure of communication, providing the essential infrastructure - conduit, MicroDuct, cable-in-conduit, and accessories.

**_The Position_**
- An individual contributor role.
- Train Clients on installation methods, solution management, and supporting sales efforts by field training and presentations. Establish cooperation and communication with other departments such as product management, production, marketing, as well as research & development.
- Transfer of technical & product knowledge including resolving client’s issues and the creation of technical documentations.
- Travel with the sales manager and participate in tradeshows.

**_Main Responsibilities_**
- Create and maintain individual technical documentations such as Technical Bulletins, assembly guides, testing, and procedures, photo library of products and accessories, presentation of products and solutions, including preparations of samples for customers and sales.
- Provide technical support to customer complaint process, by standard root cause problem solving and analysis, countermeasure documentation, and learning knowledge pass through, to appropriate functional groups and team members.
- Provide advice and guidance on technical attributes of current and future products, systems and processes.
- Bring technical knowledge on installation process and efficiency best practices, improvements, problem solving, technical inquires of network capability and function.
- Leverage external relationships/partnerships with industry stakeholders/vendors/customers to maintain organization's position as market leaders.
- Provide engineering CAD drawings for conduit products, including fill ratio components and updates and new content for Website.

**_Qualifications & Skills _**
- Degree in engineering, Design engineering or equivalent work experience; Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering degree preferred or equivalent - Detailed knowledge of telecommunication construction specification and know-how.
- Tech savvy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Personal, first-hand construction knowledge of aerial, underground, open trench, cable & duct installation; Trenching, Boring (drilling), Underground and Placement of Utilities.
- Fiber Cable Experience (Placing-splicing) - 5G Telco or ISP Infrastructure Experience.
- Experience in Telecom/Datacom Industry, cable TV power related outside plant industries; Communications Industry Experience.
- Strong analytical problem solving, root cause analysis attention to detail, and process improvement skills.
- Technical documentation/writing & marketing material creation; Managing Content and Updating and Authoring Technical Library and Presentations.
- Well-versed with CAD and MSO and knowledge of SalesForce is a plus.

- Project management and liaise with end customers and contractors in SE Asia and/or Oceania.
- Familiar with Competitor’s landscape and able to articulate and align with Commercial directions.
- Prioritization & delegation tasks based on business priorities and follow up as needed; Able to work remote.
- Proactively looking outside of business and industry, to keep up to date on trends, changes, in the external environment.
- Project management & organizational skills.
- Detailed & demonstrated risk mitigation experiences on-site in SE Asia and/or Oceania.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills. Story-telling/presentation delivery to large crowds and cross-functional teams at different level.
- Internal & External Client Relationship Management.
- Technical credibility/Influencing Client decisions.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
