**Job Description**:
**Your Career**
As the Head of Partner Marketing, JAPAC, at Palo Alto Networks, you'll spearhead our strategic journey at the forefront of cybersecurity transformation. Your core mission is to drive business growth through the development and execution of highly strategic go-to-market programs in collaboration with our extensive partner ecosystem, including GSIs, CSPs, Strategic Partners, Distributors, and Commercial entities.
This pivotal role supports our overarching business strategy by executing disruptive partner marketing plans, nurturing a dynamic partner community, and identifying new routes to market. Reporting to the JAPAC Field and Channel Marketing leader, you'll collaborate closely with partners and internal teams, leveraging your visionary leadership, people management, and strategic planning skills to directly impact our channel business growth and pipeline. **Your Impact**
- Develop and Execute JAPAC Partner Partner Marketing Plan - Create a comprehensive partner marketing plan focused on driving demand, channel growth goals, and alignment with our business objectives in the JAPAC region
- Position PANW as the Partner of Choice - Establish Palo Alto Networks as the partner of choice among our valued partners by building strong and mutually beneficial relationships
- Leverage Account-Based Marketing - Implement Account-Based Marketing approaches to maximize strategic partners' marketing plans and drive targeted outcomes
- Enable Platform Selling with Profitability - Lead initiatives to transform partners with platform selling strategies, ensuring profitability for both our partners and PANW
- Align with Geo Channel Business Needs - Reflect the unique requirements of our regional channel business in the short and long-term marketing plans
- Partner Marketing Investment and Outcome Tracking - Make informed, strategic investments in partner marketing initiatives and closely monitor outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed for continuous improvement
**Qualifications**:
**Your Experience**
- Strategic Marketing Leadership - Leverage 12+ years of experience to demonstrate a mastery of strategic thinking within marketing/business domains
- Partner Marketing Ecosystem Expertise - Possess an in-depth understanding of the partner marketing landscape and needs from JAPAC countries and with an experience in,JAPAC, encompassing GSIs, CSPs, MSSP/SP, distribution, and VARs
- Marketing Proficiency - Exhibit prowess in cutting-edge marketing methodologies, driving business outcomes with deep understanding of the marketing metrics and methodologies, and automation tools to strategically drive initiatives
- Analytical and Outcomes-Driven - Harness strong analytical capabilities in tandem with an unwavering focus on outcomes, prioritizing measurable results and KPIs to align with overarching business operations
- Cultivate exceptional strategic soft skills and leadership including impactful communication, precision in execution, disruptive thinking, customer-centricity, and a collaborative ethos, perfectly aligned with our company culture
