As a Sales Promoter for our shop, you will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and ensuring the store's snacks and products are presented attractively. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for customers while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Promote and sell a wide range of snacks and related products to customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

**Product Display and Merchandising**:

- Ensure that all products are displayed neatly and attractively.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
- Assist with arranging promotional displays to attract customer attention.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude at all times.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Keep track of daily sales and submit reports to the store manager.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

**Operational Duties**:

- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Able to communicate in Mandarin with China HQ and Chinese customer.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.**:

- Familiarity with snack products and trends in Singapore will be a plus.
- **Able to work rotation shifts around different outlets.**
