Singapore GLOBAL GATEWAY AVIATION PTE. LTD. Full time

Job Requirements:

- Working knowledge of GSA airlines system.
- To perform reservation and ticketing for B2B and B2C customers.
- Handle all international and domestic ticketing queries, groups, and allotments.
- Ensure all travel documentation, including quotations, ticket issuance and billings are processed accurately.
- After-sales tasks on schedule change, rebook, reroute, re-issue & refund.
- Flight inventory monitor and control including advance booking checks, ticketing deadline checks & dummy booking screening.
- Respond to travel agents', travellers' and FFP members’ inquiries on respective GSA products, rules & policies.
- To support and ensure smooth SOPs and operations set by GSA airlines.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Minimum GCE “N/O” Level or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in GSA ticketing.
