We are currently seeking a Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage bookings and walk-in inquiries, handling the full ticketing process.
- Accurately make bookings, reservations, confirmations, and amendments for passengers.
- Efficiently process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, re-bookings, and re-issuance.
- Update and maintain member accounts in line with profile changes.
- Advise on current promotions, provide relevant programme materials, and assist with forms.
- Address feedback and complaints, coordinating with backend support to resolve any issues.
- Actively participate in strategic planning, including needs analysis and budget preparation.
- Contribute to identifying new business opportunities during team meetings.
- Coordinate ticket handling and event logistics.
- Stay informed on market trends, airline requirements, and industry changes.Perform other duties assigned by management, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with a solid understanding of airfares and reservations.
- Ability to work independently, remain patient, and perform under pressure.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Air Ticketing and GDS (Amadeus).Bonus: Knowledge of the Sabre system.
