The company is a unique cyber training and mentoring company, customises the training and services to clients’ needs, goals and requirements.
The clientele includes both Governments and commercial entities around the world.
The company provides a full-range of training from fundamentals like Python, Networking, OS Internals to advanced topics like Red Teaming, Threat Hunting and Reverse Engineering.
The company also specialises in developing, building and conducting bespoke cyber ranges to meet clients’ needs and prepare cyber professionals to deal with various types of threat scenarios.
They will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanour so they can effectively interact with office visitors.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with Xero
- handle suppliers
- work with MOM
- Coordinate and organise office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support in scheduling meetings
**Qualifications**
- Experience with Xero
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
