- Job Summary

Reports to: Vice President, Supply Chain COE & Trade Compliance

Key Responsibilities- Risk Identification: Proactively identify and assess key risks across the global supply chain, including suppliers, manufacturing operations, outsourced partners, and logistics.- Mitigation Planning: Collaborate with functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans.- Mitigation Testing: Plan, conduct and debrief mock exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans.- Redundancy Assessment: Evaluate manufacturing and supply chain redundancy to ensure continuity of supply during disruptions. Define and maintain criteria for identifying and prioritizing redundancy plans.- Investment Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of investments and initiatives that strengthen the BCP program and overall supply chain resilience.- Risk Notification Management: Oversee the risk notification process, ensuring timely and accurate communication of potential or actual disruptions.- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications during supply chain disruptions, including customers and suppliers.- Audit Support: Support customer audits and inquiries related to business continuity and risk management practices.- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to align and integrate BCP strategies across the supply chain.- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Support the Corporate ERM process by providing supply chain risk insights and contributing to enterprise-level risk assessments.
- Requisite Criteria & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).- 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or risk management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or BCP-focused role.- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, risk management frameworks, and business continuity planning.- Experience with supply chain risk assessment tools and methodologies.- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).- Familiarity with regulatory and customer requirements related to supply chain continuity.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.- Strategic thinker with a proactive and resilient mindset.- Highly organized with strong project management skills
