Job Title: Production Planner

About the Role

The Production Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This individual will be responsible for managing and communicating supplier forecasts to factories, monitoring factory capacity loading status, and providing detailed action plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with Global Capacity Planning team and Factory Planning for short/mid/long term planning.
  • Manage and communicate supplier forecasts to factories.
  • Monitor factory capacity loading status and provide detailed action plans to achieve KPIs.
  • Work closely with Product Engineering team for New Product Introduction (NPI) development/commercialization schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Above 3 years working experience in production planning (SC planning). Shoe industry experience preferred.
  • Great learnability, communication, collaboration skills; excellent data analytical skills; good understanding of Supply Chain management knowledge; good team-building skills.
  • Fluent oral and written English and Mandarin languages.
  • Proficiency in Excel analysis/summary, PowerPoint, presenting skills, and PowerBI.
