Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking an **CI Manager** that will continue driving operational excellence in the site, deploying/scaling of advanced manufacturing initiatives, facilitating site leadership events (where applicable), training of LSS tools and techniques to the site personnel, attending and contributing in the corporation or functional meetings, and supporting the site needs in liaising with the government (and their agencies) on grants or response needs.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead and drive company’s Continuous Improvement Program.
- Coach and execute the Six Sigma or Lean Projects
- Review company’s business processes for enhancing effectiveness and benchmark with the industry best Practices.
- Engage and work with the department heads to identify and execute improvement projects.
- Coordinate with site leadership on annual operating plans, from strategy to action.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years relevant working experience in LSS & OpEx practice.
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Science, Mechanical Engineering or related degree in engineering disciplines.
- Proficient in SAP and Data Management. Lean Six Sigma BB preferred.
- Good team player and able to collaborate effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Strong analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
