We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Resilience Leader to oversee our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) efforts. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and resilience of our global supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, leading cross-functional initiatives to prepare for and respond to disruptions, and driving business continuity across our manufacturing, logistics, and supplier networks.

This position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

We are looking for a proactive and strategic thinker with experience in supply chain risk assessment tools and methodologies, data analysis and reporting tools, and regulatory requirements related to supply chain continuity.

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or risk management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or BCP-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify and assess key risks across the global supply chain.
  • Mitigation Planning: Collaborate with functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Mitigation Testing: Plan, conduct, and debrief mock exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans.
  • Redundancy Assessment: Evaluate manufacturing and supply chain redundancy to ensure continuity of supply during disruptions.
  • Investment Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of investments and initiatives that strengthen the BCP program and overall supply chain resilience.
  • Risk Notification Management: Oversee the risk notification process, ensuring timely and accurate communication of potential or actual disruptions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications during supply chain disruptions.
  • Audit Support: Support customer audits and inquiries related to business continuity and risk management practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or risk management.
  • Experience with supply chain risk assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and customer requirements related to supply chain continuity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
